Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of water blasting services by Mr. Clean Exterior Washing. By engaging us to provide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We will provide water blasting services as agreed upon in the accepted quotation or service agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to the services, provided that these changes do not materially affect the quality or scope of the services.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend the quotation in case of any unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or discussion with the customer. If not specified, payment is due upon completion of the services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, you must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing us with safe and unobstructed access to the work area. We reserve the right to refuse to perform services if we determine that the work area is unsafe or if our employees’ safety is at risk.
Liability and Insurance
We maintain liability insurance to cover potential damages caused by our services. We are not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of pre-existing conditions, such as structural issues or the presence of hazardous materials. In the event of damage caused by our services, our liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion.
Warranty
We warrant our services to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. If any defects are found during this period, we will rectify them at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or any alterations made to the work after completion.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
